Lightening our workload on Labor Day is a strategy for this long weekend, so we’re turning to The Fluted Mushroom Catering Co. for delicious small bites. These Melon, Prosciutto, Mozzarella & Basil Skewers are a light snacking option for either a socially-distanced open air barbeque or a peaceful picnic for two.

These skewers and Heirloom Tomato and Spicy Chili Bruschetta are part of The Fluted Mushroom’s custom events menu offerings and are priced per piece, with a 15 piece minimum, to be combined with other dishes. The price per piece is $2.25 for bruschetta and $2.50 for the skewer.
