Pear Cider & Gin Bellini


4oz Brut / Dry Sparkling Wine

1 oz Gin

1 oz Pear Cider (Substitute Apple Cider)

Sugar (for rim of the glass)

Pear and blackberry for garnish


Rim flute with sugar, and combine ingredients, with the bubbles last, to lift up the effervescence of your cider and juniper in the gin. Garnish with blackberry and a pear slice.
